Mini Cheesecakes

Prep: 15 min.30 min.

You’ll need:

4 8oz. pks cream cheese (32 oz total)

5 Egglands best eggs (large)

1 cup of sugar

1 1/2 tsp of vanilla

Topping:

10 oz of sour cream

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 300

Beat all ingredients together.

Fill paper cups and bake for 30 min.

While baking, make topping by mixing together topping ingredients.

Add one tsp to each one and cook for another 15 mins.

Cover with fruit of your choice.

Tip: Make without paper liners by lightly spraying the muffin tins with cooking spray.
